Clare Island Ferry Co Ltd

"The Pirate Queen" is owned and operated by the O'Grady Family, natives of Clare Island who have been operating the Clare Island mail boat ferry service since 1880. The vessel is named after the infamous fifteenth / sixteenth-century Pirate Queen, Grace O'Malley (Granuaile).

The "Very Likely" and "The Clew Bay Queen" can also be booked for sightseeing/diving tours to Inishturk and Achill.
